School-Home Support

School-Home Support

We are a national education charity working to improve low attendance in schools and maximise education opportunities for all children.

Our mission is for children to be in school, ready to learn. Whatever it takes.

Dig a little deeper

Last year we launched School-Home Support’s first national campaign calling for decisive action from the Government to end the national crisis in school attendance.

We are calling on the Government to invest £90.2 million for a service of whole family support practitioners that would provide over 2,000 experts working through schools to unpick barriers to good attendance and learning.

Support us

We need your help to tackle low attendance in schools and to support families and children who need it most. Every day, we strive to create positive change and bring hope to communities around England.

But we can’t do it alone. Most of the income we need to deliver our vital services comes from donations from companies, trusts and individuals.

This support is crucial in creating programmes and bespoke whole family support for families and children struggling with complex issues like housing, poor mental health or the increasing cost of living.

We need your support now more than ever as demand increases for our services.  Your contribution can create a lasting impact on the children, families and young people we support.

Would you like to join us and help children make the most of their education?
