Senior Project Manager – Strategic Projects & Training (Maternity cover)
We have an exciting opportunity for a driven, organised and experienced senior project management expert, this role will lead high-level project management across the organisation, managing projects that help us to transform children’s lives.It is our ambition to develop our training and development offer for all staff at SHS, and to further embed diversity and inclusion across the organisation, engage our service users in the design and delivery of our work and maximize positive well-being for our staff, to help us deliver even more impact nationally. The role will continue to grow and manage a robust and effective training programme to nurture talent with a strong focus on scaling a culture of continuous development for all staff, members and trustees.
You will need to have excellent communication skills, the commitment and drive to deliver against deadlines and a can-do attitude. We would love to see a genuine passion for diversity and inclusion and readiness for a role that provides an opportunity to proactively seek out new and improved ways of working and embed impactful change across the organisation. You’ll need to demonstrate a confident ability to build relationships and share good practice, as well as the highest quality standards in all aspects of your previous work and a commitment to our mission.
Location: Flexible working of remote and office-based in London E15
Hours: Part-time (28 hours per week)
Salary: £39,118 to £45,196 pro-rata, according to experience
