SHS 'High Intensity' Impact Report 2016/17

We’re doing something different this year at School-Home Support: in addition to our usual Impact Report, we’re also publishing a mini Impact Report focusing only on our High Intensity (or ‘Troubled Families’) work.
To date, we have carried out ‘high intensity’ work with over 1,250 children and their families. An example of some of the fantastic outcomes included in the report can be seen below:
