School-Home Support are finalists for the Children & Young People Now Awards 2017!

The Children & Young People Now Awards have become the gold standard for everyone working with children, young people and families. Now in their twelfth year, these awards provide a great source of pride and recognition for all those who strive day in, day out, to improve the lives of others. They offer an opportunity to raise the profile of projects and initiatives to funders and the general public.
We are a finalist for their Family Support Award, an award for the initiative or service that has done the most to support whole families (particularly challenging or disadvantaged families) to help their children lead healthy, happy and fulfilling lives safe from harm. We are so pleased to be shortlisted for such a prestigious award. We are listed alongside some truly amazing organisations, some local and some national, but each doing vital work with children and young people.
This is a reflection on the hard work from everyone in the organisation and we’re so proud of the impact that’s been made.
The Children & Young People Now Award Ceremony takes place on Wednesday 22nd November – we’ll let you know how we get on!
