Expanding our reach... to the Solomon Islands?!

SHS currently has over 330 members across the UK as far as Sunderland, Norwich and Plymouth. Members receive a free email bulletin, access to our SHS Forum, discounted prices on Membership services and access to our yearly conference. Our plans are to expand across the UK so that we are able to support as many schools as possible with their safeguarding issues. One of the things we have received many inquiries about is accessing help with parental engagement, and we have been delighted to support several schools who have purchased our low-cost (£9.99) parental engagement toolkit. This online toolkit is designed to support staff working with parents who have complex needs. We were particularly pleased (and surprised!) recently when a member from Frankfurt, Germany purchased one of our online toolkits to take with them for training in the Solomon Islands (off the coast of Australia)! This really does show that there is a need for our support across the globe.
