Senior Partnerships Manager - Trusts and Foundations

School-Home Support is recruiting for a Senior Partnerships Manager – Trusts and Foundations to manage our dynamic Trusts and Foundations team. The team has had a hugely successful year and have worked tirelessly through the pandemic with some fantastic funders to ensure so many of School-Home Support’s services have been delivered. There is now an opportunity to join and lead the team to support current, and develop new, services in line with our ambitious business plan.

Permanent contract
Annual salary: £39,118 – £45,196 depending on skills and experience

School-Home Support gets children and young people back into school, ready to learn, whatever it takes. For over 35 years, School-Home Support has been working with children, families and schools to break the long-term cycle of deprivation. What starts as poor school attendance becomes low educational attainment, anti-social behaviour, crime, low paid or no job – generation after generation.

What we are looking for

You will be an effective leader with a proven track record of inspiring trusts and foundations teams to deliver on ambitious targets. You will be confident developing strategy, approaching and securing new funders as well as delivering exemplary stewardship. You will be an excellent writer and communicator and will relish the opportunity of working collaboratively internally to develop and manage project funding.
