Parent Engagement Practitioners x 3- Full time posts to be based in Children’s Centres across Blackpool

The post-holders will be based within schools, and will work in close partnership with Targeted Support Workers, the Co-ordinator and various agencies to deliver a programme of casework and other activities to promote educational outcomes for disadvantaged children and families.  The post-holders will need to be persistent and tenacious and will have strong experience of working intensively to engage hard to reach parents.

Salary starting from £21,073 pa

This is an exciting opportunity to join our newest team in Blackpool. Successful candidates will have good experience of working effectively with social and emotional factors affecting a child’s capacity to learn, strong abilities in engaging challenging children and their families, and a confident ability to form professional partnerships with children and their families.
