Impact Development Manager

Part time (two or three days per week – flexible working pattern)
One year contract
Head office based, London E15 

This new role will lead on developing the collection and demonstration of the impact of the work delivered by School-Home Support for use as part of our growth strategy and will support us to become an impact driven organisation.

This is a fixed-term post for a duration of one year with the possibility of an extension. 

The successful applicant will have proven experience of providing data and cost benefit analysis in the family support work or education sector.  As part of the role, the post-holder may explore ideas to improve data reporting by talking with some of the children, young people and families we work with and would therefore require an enhanced DBS certificate. School-Home Support will organise and pay for this certificate.

Salary range: £40,000 per annum pro-rata 

Working pattern: Two or three days per week – hours can be worked flexibly however they must be during Monday to Friday, between 8.30am and 5pm
